Working within the Technical Project Management Office (TPMO) team, the TPMO Support Associate will assist the TPMO team by performing various administrative tasks focused on documenting and managing client requirements. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and efficient handling of client information and requirements.

The main responsibilities of a TPMO SUPPORT ASSOCIATE include:
Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in the collection, documentation, and organization of client requirements.

Maintain and update client records and files with precision and confidentiality.

Coordinate and schedule meetings related to client requirements with internal teams and clients.

Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.

Manage email and other correspondence related to client requirements.
-
Process ITS requests from sales team and/or clients.
-
Process and track purchase orders from initiation through to delivery.
-
Liaise with Procurement and Asset team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Ensure all client requirements and purchase orders are tracked and followed up in a timely manner.

Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and document management.

Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of client-related activities.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Project Management or related field, or equivalent work experience
-
Basic understanding of purchase order processing and project management principles is a plus.
