We are seeking an experienced WordPress developer to support the ongoing development, optimisation and maintenance of our company website, advertising landing pages and client-facing digital resources.
This role is suited to a proactive full-stack developer who combines strong technical expertise with a good understanding of B2B marketing, user experience and lead generation. You will work closely with our internal Digital Products, Brand and Marketing teams and external Google PPC and SEO consultant to improve website performance, campaign outcomes and the overall digital experience.

The main responsibilities of a WORDPRESS WEBSITE DEVELOPER include:
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain WordPress websites and custom landing pages
- Create high-performing landing pages for Google Ads and other digital campaigns
- Optimise landing pages to improve B2B lead generation, conversion rates and cost-per-lead
- Develop and customise Elementor templates, reusable sections and page components
- Translate custom designs and brand concepts into polished, responsive web pages
- Improve website UX and UI through clearer navigation, page structures, content hierarchy and user journeys
- Create strong calls-to-action, contact forms and lead-generation pathways
- Design and develop innovative interactive tools, including calculators, estimators, questionnaires and guided forms
- Build and maintain pages that securely host client information, downloadable documents and project resources
- Implement appropriate access controls, password protection and download security where required
- Support integrations with CRM, email marketing, analytics and other business platforms
- Complete website redesigns, page improvements, troubleshooting and bug fixes
- Conduct regular WordPress, theme, plugin, security and maintenance updates
- Improve website speed, load times, Core Web Vitals and overall technical performance
- Ensure pages are responsive and perform effectively across desktop, tablet and mobile
- Ensure website architecture and page structures follow technical SEO best practices
- Implement and maintain Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking and event tracking
- Provide reporting and insights from GA4 to identify opportunities for improvement
- Work collaboratively with our Google PPC and SEO consultant to implement campaign, tracking and technical recommendations
- Recommend new digital tools, functionality and improvements that support marketing and business development objectives

Required Skills and Experience
- 3 - 5 years+ demonstrated experience as a WordPress and full-stack website developer
- Advanced experience with Elementor and custom Elementor development
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP
- Experience creating B2B landing pages for paid advertising and lead-generation campaigns
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimisation and landing-page best practices
- Ability to develop interactive calculators, forms, estimators and other custom digital tools
- Strong understanding of UX and UI design principles
- Experience improving website navigation, usability, accessibility and user journeys
- Proven experience improving website speed and Core Web Vitals
- Knowledge of technical SEO and SEO-friendly website structures
- Experience implementing GA4, Google Tag Manager, event tracking and conversion tracking
- Experience with CRM, form, email marketing and third-party platform integrations
- Experience creating secure or restricted-access pages for client information and downloads
- Strong knowledge of WordPress security, hosting, backups and ongoing website maintenance
- Strong design awareness and the ability to create professional, brand-aligned layouts
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication and time-management skills
