The main responsibilities of a 3D VISUALISER include:
As 3D Visualiser, you will work collaboratively with the 3D Visualiser, Lead Designer, Senior Interior Designers, Documentation Manager and Head of Delivery to assist with the creation of 3D Visualisations at Cachet Group.
- Create appealing and attractive 3D rendered Interior Visualisation Imagery from provided Autodesk Revit models and Finishes pack.
- Developing custom 3d materials and assets based on sample boards and swatches.
- Working with designers to incorporate design feedback and progress design solutions
- Proficiency with new visualization technologies and software platforms
- The role requires an Autodesk Revit- D5 pipeline although experience in related software including 3dsmax, Vray, Enscape, Lumion or Blender would be looked upon favourably.
- A thorough knowledge of Adobe photoshop
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- Create high-quality 3D models and animations from sketches, architectural plans, or real-life objects
- Interpret 2D designs and transform them into 3D visualizations.
- 5+ years experience
- Bachelor's Degree, ideally in Interior Design/Architecture/similar field
It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:
- Revit
- Proficiency in MSD5/Lumion
- 3Ds Max background is a plus
The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements
- Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
- Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
- 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
- Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
- Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
- Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
- Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
