The Accountant position is responsible for providing support to the Finance Department by managing daily reconciliation tasks. The role is to contribute to the overall efficient operation of the department.

The main responsibilities of a ACCOUNTANT include:
- Preparation of client money reconciliations and monitoring client money accounts to ensure requirements are met;
- Perform Payment Service Provider reconciliation to MT4/5;
- Perform Deposits/Withdrawals reconciliations to MT4/5;
- Perform Payment Service Provider running balance reconciliation;
- Reconcile Payment Service Provider balance to NetSuite
- Reconcile payment transactions in MT4/5 to ensure transactions are correct;
- Update financial data in MT4/5 as and when required to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed;
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks as and when required;
- Assist with leading, developing and provisioning direction to Assistant Accountants, including helping with the development of objectives and performance ratings

● Proven experience in complex bank or PSP reconciliations, preferably within the FinTech, FX or
E-commerce sectors.
● Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs etc.) to handle large datasets
efficiently.
● Experience working within FinTech, E-commerce, or Financial Services, with an understanding
of how digital payment cycles (settlements and merchant fees) operate.
● Ability to work effectively with global offices in different time zone.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● A proactive investigative mindset - you don't just report a mismatch; you dig into the data to
find the root cause and propose a fix.
The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements
- Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
- Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
- 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
- Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
- Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
- Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
- Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
