As Accounting Analyst, you will play an integral role in the day to day accounting operations with a focus on coding, entry and reconciliation of the Company’s bank transactions and supplier invoices. As Accounting Analyst, you will need to be detail oriented, have strong problem-solving skills, work comfortably under pressure, and deliver on defined deadlines.

The main responsibilities of a ACCOUNTING ANALYST include:
- Reconcile bank accounts utilizing company’s reconciliation systems and processes, which include recording daily operating transactions and interbank transfers.
- Review employee travel claims in our T&E systems to ensure accuracy and completeness per policy.
- Assist with the administration of the Corporate Card programs through internal follow ups to ensure timely submission of expenditures. Seek clarifications or explanations from submitters when warranted.
- Prepare initial GL account coding for corporate card and other T&E reimbursable expenses. Prepare recurring summary reports on T&E related costs to analyze trends.
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation across all processes, including relevant internal control documentation.
- Other monthly close duties and responsibilities as assigned.
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- ERP system experience (preferably NetSuite)
- \GL accounting experience
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Excel proficiency
- Excellent communication skills
It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:
- Experience with Brex, RAMP
- Bank reconciliations
- Journal entries
- Travel & expense accounting
- Exposure to external stakeholder coordination
The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements
- Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
- Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
- 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
- Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
- Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
- Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
- Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
