 Axonius is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to join our fast growing team to manage and oversee the Global Accounts Payable (AP) function.  This role is an integral part of ensuring that the procure to pay procedures uplevel controls, accuracy and efficiency of our systems as we scale and expand in new territories.  You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the AP function including invoice coding, approving invoices, global payment processing and supporting initiatives to scale systems and processes.

 The main responsibilities of a ACCOUNTS PAYABLE MANAGER include:

      Perform day to day functions such as vendor onboarding approvals, managing supplier communications and escalated matters.

      Manage and perform the pre-close and month, quarter and year end close procedures for the AP function.

      Own control procedures for AP function to ensure compliance with accounting and company policies.  Document policy and procedures for the AP function.

      Lead critical projects to scale the AP function with a customer service approach to  working with cross functional teams and third party vendors.

      Provide oversight of the non-vendor purchases such as travel and expense and virtual credit card administration.

      Develop reporting metrics and measure success through KPIs.  Provide leadership with weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.

      Proactively take ownership of workload and escalation of issues.

      Maintain company purchase orders, resolving outstanding POs with vendors and co-workers

      Maintain organized filing of all accounts payables documents as required (i.e. W-9s, tax exempt certificates, etc)

      Review and approval of Company's Travel & Expense reimbursements, Corporate credit card expenses, and Virtual Card administration in accordance with Company's policies.

      Responsible for year-end reporting and filing of 1099s, Use tax returns, etc.

 

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

      Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, and/or Business Administration.

      3-5 years experience in supporting fast growing global companies.

      Meticulous attention to detail, deadline driven, and strong grasp of overarching concepts.

      Effective communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences.

      Comfortable with establishing new processes and solving complex challenges.

      Experience with accounts payable systems such as Tipalti, Payem, or Stampli.

      Experience with travel and expense systems such as Navan and Expensify.

      Experienced with Oracle NetSuite and comfortable with creating reports, searches and transactions.  Experience with ZIP is recommended but not required.

      Results oriented and demonstrates the ability to identify process challenges and recommend solutions.

 

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements:

  • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
  • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
  • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth).
  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
  • Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team)
