We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, vendor communications, and weekly payment executions.

The main responsibilities of a ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST include:
- You will be responsible for supplier invoice registration and processing in Readsoft (invoice processing tool) and/or verification in IFS (ERP)
- You will handle email communications and vendor statements/reminders reconciliation
- You will be responsible for weekly payment executions

- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or any similar practice
- The ideal candidate is a resilient team player who is goal-orientated, with high personal integrity and who demonstrates a high level of commitment with the ability to work independently
- As you will be working with a variety of nationalities/people, it is vital that you have a strong customer service mindset and will be able to communicate effectively with people at all levels in speech, writing, and presentations

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements
- Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
- Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
- 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
- Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
- Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
- Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
- Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
