Accounts Receivable Analyst

As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will be at the center of our revenue and collections process. This is an opportunity to join a high-impact team at the heart of Via where you’ll play an integral role in helping us with the maintenance and management of our outstanding customer balances. This role requires routine communications with Via’s customers and the internal stakeholders of these relationships.

What you'll do:

• Support the monthly accounts receivable process, with primary responsibility over collections
• Process transactions for several bank accounts, including the application of customer payments in our ERP system; prepare month-end bank account reconciliations
• Manage our AR Aging including generating and analyzing AR Aging reports; follow up with customers regarding overdue invoices
• Resolve payment related issues with customers
• Set up new customer accounts in NetSuite
• Perform other ad hoc tasks to support the Finance team
• Work closely with employees within the Finance team and across functions at Via

Who you are:

• Organized and able to work independently
• Service-oriented, friendly, and a team player
• Willing and able to learn complex processes and systems
• Strong attention to details and ability to multitask
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or a similar field of study
• Experience with ERP (NetSuite - an advantage)
• Up to 2 years of previous experience in accounting or related fields

• Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
• Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
• 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
• Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
• Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
• Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
• Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
