The Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst is responsible for managing incoming payments, ensuring accurate recording of receivables, and maintaining healthy cash flow for the organization. This role focuses on billing, collections, reconciliation, and credit analysis while maintaining strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

The main responsibilities of a ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK III include:

  • Generate and issue accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner
  • Monitor accounts to ensure timely receipt of payments
  • Apply customer payments (cash, checks, wire transfers) to appropriate accounts
  • Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for
  • Follow up on overdue accounts and manage collections process
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries
  • Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation
  • Prepare AR aging reports and provide analysis to management
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Evaluate customer credit worthiness and recommend credit limits
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

  • Knowledge of basic to intermediate accounting principles and standards (GAAP/IFRS)
  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, particularly NetSuite
  • Familiarity with internal controls and audit procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple routine tasks efficiently
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
  • Ability to meet deadlines and follow structured processes
  • Willingness to learn and improve processes
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Able to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Deadline-oriented

It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or related field
  • CPA license – desirable but not required
  • 2-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or related work scope
  • MS Office Programs proficient especially Excel
  • Experience in US healthcare – preferred

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements

  • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
  • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
  • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
  • Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
