The main responsibilities of a AD OPERATIONS SPECIALIST include:
- Execute the end-to-end implementation of paid media campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with client requirements and internal standards.
- Perform comprehensive quality assurance (QA) reviews before and after campaign launches to ensure campaign configurations, tracking, budgets, creative assets, and naming conventions are accurate and functioning as intended.
- Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, and performance throughout the campaign lifecycle, proactively identifying issues and implementing approved optimizations to maintain campaign health.
- Troubleshoot campaign, tracking, and platform issues, collaborating with internal subject matter experts to quickly resolve discrepancies and minimize client impact.
- Maintain accurate campaign documentation, project updates, and execution status within Asana while ensuring stakeholders are informed of progress, risks, and blockers.
- Collaborate closely with Paid Search, Paid Social, Analytics, Client Services and Strategy teams to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently and aligned with client objectives.
- Support campaign reporting by validating data accuracy, assisting with performance analysis, and identifying operational insights that improve campaign execution.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes by documenting best practices, identifying workflow efficiencies, and supporting the development of scalable standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Stay current on platform updates, advertising policies, and emerging digital marketing technologies, applying new knowledge to improve campaign execution and operational excellence.
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- 3+ years of professional experience in Ad Operations with demonstrated expertise in executing, monitoring, and optimizing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns while ensuring operational excellence and campaign accuracy.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (Bing), LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads, including campaign setup, quality assurance, budget management, and optimization support.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data validation, lookups and the ability to analyze and manipulate large data sets.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously using project management platforms such as Asana while consistently meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, proactively share updates, ask clarifying questions, and collaborate efficiently using internal tools such as Slack and Asana.
It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:
- Additional relevant knowledge or experience related to the above requirements will be considered an advantage.

- Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
