who directs RANDEM-ED as their primary development engine.

The main responsibilities of a AI ENABLED ENGINEER include:
AI Orchestration & Instruction
› Author precise, complete, and creative prompts for RANDEM-ED to produce production
ready code across the RANDEMRETAIL OMS platform.
› Translate complex business requirements into structured AI instructions — covering edge
cases, error states, and system interactions without ambiguity.

› Iterate on AI output with expert review, identifying where generated code needs architectural
refinement or re-instruction.
› Build a personal library of reusable prompt patterns and system blueprints that accelerate
future delivery.
Systems Architecture & Problem Solving
› Decompose complex, multi-system problems into discrete, AI-executable tasks without
losing sight of the whole.
› Design data flows, API contracts, and integration points for RANDEMRETAIL's OMS — including
multi-location inventory, order orchestration, fulfilment logic, and returns modules.
› Validate architectural decisions against scalability, performance, and maintainability
requirements before instructing any build.
› Own technical documentation that explains system intent clearly enough for any AI or
human to continue the work.
AEO / SEO Implementation
› Ensure every page carries complete structured data markup — schema.org, JSON-LD,
OpenGraph, and semantic HTML — written for both traditional SEO and AI Engine Optimisation.
› Apply AEO-first content principles: answer-intent architecture, entity clarity, and factual
precision so content surfaces through LLM-driven search experiences.
› Work with content and product teams to embed AEO requirements into templates and
delivery checklists from day one, not as an afterthought.
Quality, Speed & Delivery
› Deliver features and fixes at a pace that reflects the AI-enabled advantage — committing to
shorter cycles than traditional development teams.
› Conduct structured review of all AI-generated output: logic correctness, security posture,
performance implications, and alignment to OMS business rules.
› Raise blockers as architectural misalignments rather than coding problems — solve at the
design level, not the syntax level.
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
Essential Attributes
› Exceptional logical and systems thinking
› Ability to deconstruct complexity into ordered problems
› Precision communication — instructions that leave no room for
misinterpretation
› 5+ years .NET Core & C# engineering experience
› Strong AWS platform knowledge — Lambda, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL
› Full-stack awareness across front and backend
› Familiarity with AEO and the evolving AI search landscape
