Through shareholder monitoring, market surveillance, and strategic analysis, we help clients understand their ownership base, track market activity, and assess exposure to activism and governance risk.

  • MONETARY BENEFITS

    Leave Monetization of Sick Leaves - The employee shall be eligible to monetize a portion of his/her earned and unused sick leaves to be credited on the first quarter of the succeeding year. The amount to be monetized shall be up to a maximum of PHP 10,000.00 and shall be considered as non-taxable. Any remaining and available leaves credits, aside from the ones being monetized, shall automatically be forfeited at the end of the current calendar year.

    Premium Benefits (eligibility as applicable) - Overtime Pay,  Holiday Pay,  Night Differential Pay

    13th MonthPay - With a minimum rendered work of at least one (1) month during the calendar year you shall be entitled to 13th Month Pay equivalent to 1/12 of your monthly gross salary multiplied by the number of months worked or earned within a given calendar year to be released on or before Dec 24 of every calendar year subject to the computation as provided by the Labor Code and other pertinent issuances of the Department of Labor and Employment.

    NON-MONETARY BENEFITS

    HMO Principal - The Employee / Principal shall be entitled to the health insurance upon hire with a maximum benefit limit (MBL) amounting to PHP 300,000 per illness per year. The HMO coverage shall be subject to the guidelines and standards of the HMO provider.

    HMO Dependent - Php 200,000 per illness per year HMO eligibility upon hire for 2 dependents. HMO coverage for free dependents is the standard/regular coverage unless stated otherwise.

    Carry Over of Leaves - Maximum of five (5) vacation leave credits from the current year may be utilized until March 31 of the succeeding year.

    Paid Leave Credits - Employee shall start earning up to Fifteen (15) days’ Vacation Leave (“VL”) with an accrual rate of 1.25 leaves per month, and up to Fifteen (15) days’ Sick Leave ("SL") with an accrual rate of 1.25
    leaves per month. VL and SL credits will be available for a period of one year from January 1 to December 31 of the same year. Additional One (1) day VL credit for every year of service up to a maximum of Twenty (20) days VL.

    Special Leaves – (Male)Employee shall be entitled to statutory leave for seven (7) days with full pay, under R.A. 8187 Paternity Leave Act of 1996.

    (Female) Employee shall be entitled to statutory leaves including but not limited to: Maternity Leave, maximum of 105 days. Republic Act 9710: Magna Carta for Women allowing up to Two (2) months leave with full pay based on the gross monthly compensation pursuant to conditions specified in said Republic Act.

    Birthday Leave - As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance employee well-being and create a positive work environment, you are entitled to take a day off to celebrate your birthday.

The main responsibilities of a ANALYST include:

    • Maintaining and analyzing institutional shareholder and market data
    • Conducting research and managing databases to support client engagements
    • Support the lead Director(s) in overseeing the program and deliver consistent day‑to‑day operational assistance.
    • Track institutional investor voting patterns and summarize key trends.
    • Prepare detailed intelligence reports for internal teams and ultimately client consumption
    • Monitor proxy advisory firm recommendations (ISS, Glass Lewis) and assess potential voting impact
    • Prepare daily vote updates
    • Contribute to content research ad-hoc to support program demands
    • Build tools to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency
    • Clean, validate, and reconcile data from multiple sources to build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and Excel models 

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; a focus on Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred
  • Analytical and detail‑oriented
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team
  • Demonstrated customer service mindset and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Must be willing to work Canadian hours.

Must be willing to work onsite

It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:

  • Knowledgeable about automating processes using VBA Macro

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements
