The Assets Operations Officer is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of the organization’s IT and physical assets. This includes procurement support, deployment, inventory tracking, maintenance coordination, and secure disposal of assets across multiple sites. The role ensures that assets are optimally utilized, accurately recorded, and managed in compliance with company policies, audit standards, and data security regulations.
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including IT, Procurement, Facilities, and Operations. The Assets Operations Officer plays a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency, reducing asset-related costs, and supporting both onsite and remote workforce environments.

The main responsibilities of a ASSETS OPERATIONS OFFICER include:
1. Asset Inventory & Tracking
- Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date inventory of all company-owned assets.
- Ensure that asset tag and document assets upon receipt, deployment, relocation, or disposal.
- Implement and maintain asset tracking tools and systems.
- Monitor asset movement across departments, teams, and physical sites.
- Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc audits to reconcile records and ensure data accuracy.
2. Deployment & Retrieval
- Coordinate timely issuance of assets to new hires and retrieval during offboarding.
- Ensure proper configuration, documentation, and handover of hardware/software assets.
- Support logistics for both onsite and remote setups, including shipping and receiving.
3. Maintenance & Repairs
- Track asset condition and usage; identify units requiring repair or replacement.
- Liaise with support teams and vendor partners for servicing, maintenance, and warranty claims.
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules and asset performance.
4. Stock Monitoring
- Support tracking stock levels and notifying managers of restocking needs.
- Ensure and facilitate receiving new assets and updating inventory systems accordingly.
- Coordinate with Finance and Procurement to ensure accurate asset capitalization and cost tracking.
5. Compliance & Documentation
- Enforce asset management policies aligned with company, client, and regulatory standards.
- Ensure secure handling, disposal, or recycling of data-bearing equipment.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation for asset transfers, losses, repairs, and disposals.
- Ensure compliance with standards such as ISO, PEZA, DENR, and client-specific SLAs.
6. Reporting & Analysis
- Generate regular reports on asset status, lifecycle stages, utilization rates, and aging.
- Analyze trends to identify opportunities for cost savings, license optimization, or process improvement.
- Provide actionable insights to support strategic planning and procurement decisions.
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting hybrid (onsite and remote) workforce setups.
- Knowledge of asset management frameworks (e.g., ITIL, ISO/IEC 19770).
- Understanding of compliance in ISO standards
- Familiarity with PEZA, DENR, or similar regulatory bodies for asset compliance.
It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Logistics, or related field.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in asset or inventory management (BPO or IT-enabled environment preferred).
- Familiarity with asset tracking systems and tools.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate across departments.

- Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
- 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
- Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
- Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
- Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
- Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
