The main responsibilities of a BILLING ANALYST I include:

Review invoices and pricing changes for errors, working with engineering and operational teams to address those issues
-
Support the customer success team on inquiries related to billing and credit requests
-
Collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of invoices to Checkr customers
-
Assist with the management of annual financial audits and month / quarterly reporting for board meetings

Assist with day-to-day, monthly, and year-end operations of the accounting and finance department
-
Prepare financial reporting files including ad-hoc internal reports and financial analysis reports
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, CPA/CA or CPA/CA track is a plus

1-2+ years of billing/revenue operations-related work experience

Working knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Oracle); Stripe, JIRA, and Salesforce experience a plus
-
Proficient in MS Office & G Suite; familiarity with databases and SQL is an asset
-
Comfort working in ticketing systems / SLAs
The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements
- Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
- Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
- 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
- Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
- Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
- Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
- Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
