The Brand Manager is critical in promoting our commitment to market leadership with clean, responsible, and traceable seafood. The main responsibilities of a BRAND MANAGER include:
Implementing the company's new brand and supporting the long-term growth of the company's overall brand image, identity, messaging, and reputation in line with our target audience and the wider seafood industry. This role works across multiple channels, including digital, social media, advertising, and print, collaborating with other departments and senior leadership to align marketing and communications efforts with strategic business goals. The role is a combination of strategic planning, asset development, campaign development and execution, and impact analysis to drive both brand awareness and business growth.

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

5+ years experience with marketing and/or communications for a brand that operates in the US market, ideally in food systems, or a relevant degree.

The ability to develop a strategic marketing and communications plan that aligns with overall business goals, measures success over time, and effectively reports impact.

Experience working on a wide range of projects and media to visualize and develop innovative designs and/or messaging that meet business goals.

Demonstrated experience with project management, meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects effectively.

An ability to analyze data, identify trends, and adapt to changing market conditions and business needs

Strong interpersonal skills and an effective communicator to build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver impact.

Ability to obtain input from and work effectively with team members across the company to ensure designs meet organizational standards and brand style guide expectations, express ideas accurately, and effectively represent the company.

Experience developing and refining brand guidelines and/or messaging to ensure consistency and impact.

Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools.

Demonstrated experience with internal communications, including intranet web pages, presentations, documents, etc. to effectively communicate the company’s brand identity and work.

Experience collaborating to create sales presentations, materials, and campaigns is highly preferred.

Creative problem-solver to address challenges and spur innovation in marketing solutions, strategies, and campaigns

Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively with other team members and external partners to meet deadlines.

A continuous learner who is committed to staying up to date and presenting ideas to address industry best practice, the latest technology, and competitor advantage in the marketplace.
- Open to work in US/night shift and onsite/hybrid in Makati
It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:
- Technical proficiency and expertise in design software (Adobe Creative Suite), content management systems, and project management tools

An in-depth working knowledge of seafood or food supply chains, including stakeholders, opportunities, and risks, is a plus.

- 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
- Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
- Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
- Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
- Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
