The Compensation and Benefits Manager is in charge of designing, developing, implementing and managing salary, bonus and benefits packages for employees. As well as administering the actual wages that people receive. The C&B Manager would manage the endowment of pensions, health insurance, annual bonuses, commission payments, and other lifestyle benefits. He/she is responsible in ensuring that the organization’s general and specific compensation and benefits packages comply with statutory and regulatory requirements, such as but not limited to minimum salaries and tax liabilities.

The main responsibilities of a COMPENSATION & BENEFITS MANAGER include:
· Oversee and manage the Compensation and Benefits Team (Payroll, Records and Benefits).
· Ensure implementation of payroll process to adhere to company standards; timely and proper administration should be observed.
· Checks and monitors implementation of government mandatory benefits.
· Ensures to compliance to statutory benefits requirement of the law including timely submission of reports.
· Ensures proper and timely administration of company benefits, such as but not limited to HMO, leave, commissions, etc.
· Recommends salary/pay scales for entry level and new employees, annual merit increases, promotion, etc.
· Conducts salary analysis, salary surveys, etc. as needed.
· Proposes and implements company benefits/incentive schemes.
· Maintain HRIS and ensures completeness of employee records.
· Manages the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs.
· Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation practices and recommends cost-effective changes consistent with compensation trends and the organization’s objectives.
· Oversees the participation in salary surveys and monitors salary survey data to ensure the organization compensation objectives are achieved.
· Conducts annual benchmarking of pay ranges and recommends changes
· Audits and reconcile benefit plans and benefit-related invoices, process discrepancy reports.
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- Compensation and benefits rulings in compliance with Philippine Labor Laws
- Working with payroll software/systems
- Use of Microsoft Office programs
It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:
- Managing Client escalations related to payroll disputes or delays in providing services
- Process/workflow creation and improvement
- Payroll systems design and implementation
The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements
- Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
- Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
- 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
- Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
- Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
- Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
- Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
