The Compliance Reporting Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, with a strong emphasis on compliance and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a background similar to a management accountant, with excellent skills in Excel and experience handling large book values. This role demands precision, analytical thinking, and a thorough understanding of compliance processes.

• Prepare, analyze, and report on financial data, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and maintain complex Excel models to track financial performance and compliance metrics.
• Review and validate financial reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary data for reporting purposes.
• Manage and maintain large volumes of financial data, ensuring its integrity and accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, ensuring they meet compliance requirements.
• Support audits and inspections by providing detailed financial reports and documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest regulatory changes and ensure the company’s financial reporting is compliant.
• Provide training and support to team members on compliance reporting processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or similar) is a plus.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a compliance or regulatory environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and large data set management.
• Familiarity with financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with financial software and ERP systems.
• Understanding of compliance frameworks and regulations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
