We are looking for an experienced Country Manager to lead our offshore operations in the Philippines, driving operational excellence and supporting our growth objectives.

Job Overview:
The Country Manager will oversee all aspects of Wantable’s offshore operations in the Philippines. This role requires a strategic leader capable of managing cross-functional teams and driving performance across various operational areas. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and operational management experience, with a focus on delivering results and building a high-performing team.

• Leadership and Team Management:
  Lead and manage teams to ensure the smooth execution of operations. Foster a
  culture of performance that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Operational Oversight:
  Ensure that operational processes are efficient and scalable, identifying opportunities
  for continuous improvement while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Strategic Execution:
  Work closely with global leadership to translate business strategies into actionable
  plans for the Philippine team, ensuring local operations support Wantable’s broader
  objectives.
• Employee Development:
  Drive employee engagement and performance through coaching, mentorship, and
  professional development. Build a motivated, high-performing team that delivers
  results.
• Compliance and Reporting:
  Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and company policies. Provide
  regular reports on performance metrics, operational challenges, and progress toward
  key goals.

•  Extensive experience in leading and managing operations, with a strong focus on
  performance management and team leadership.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and business intelligence tools (e.g., Excel, Google
  Sheets, Tableau, Power BI) to analyze data and generate reports.
• A proven track record of long-term commitment in previous roles, with the ability to
  deliver sustained results.
• Experience in e-commerce is a plus, alongside leadership experience in managing
  diverse teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decisionmaking to improve processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align teams with the
  company’s vision and objectives.
• Familiarity with the Philippine business environment and local labor regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
