  • The main responsibilities of a CUSTOMER SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR include:

    • Provide administrative support to our clients & customers via email and chat channels in a timely, helpful & professional manner
    • Educate clients in the company’s platforms, trading products and rules, and breach/withdrawal
    • Manage administration and account set-up of customer accounts
    • Work closely with the Finance and Account Management teams to ensure client’s needs are efficiently met
    • Provide ongoing assistance and testing in the implementation of new systems, technology and processes
    • Handling complaints in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
    • Report customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary to prevent potential churn
