We are seeking a skilled Analyst to oversee the performance tracking and optimization of influencer marketing campaigns and affiliate-driven sales. The main responsibilities of a DATA ANALYST / REPORTING SPECIALIST include:

Campaign Performance Tracking:
- Utilize platforms like Upfluence and Shopify to monitor the performance of influencer marketing campaigns and affiliate-driven sales.
- Analyze key metrics such as engagement rates, conversions, click-through rates (CTR), sales volume, and ROI from influencer and affiliate marketing efforts.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to the marketing team, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement.

Data Analysis & Insights:
- Develop custom dashboards to display real-time performance of influencer campaigns and affiliate programs.
- Identify trends and patterns in audience behavior, purchase behavior, and campaign engagement to inform future marketing decisions.
- Provide insights into the effectiveness of influencers, affiliates, and content, helping the team refine its strategy to drive higher ROI.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize the sales funnel from influencer and affiliate campaigns, suggesting improvements to increase the conversion rate of traffic driven by these initiatives.
- Conduct A/B testing of campaigns and promotions, analyzing which messaging and content formats yield the best performance.

Affiliate & Influencer Program Monitoring:
- Continuously monitor the performance of affiliate and influencer partners, identifying top performers and areas for improvement.
- Develop a ranking system for influencers and affiliates to guide future collaboration and investment.

Sales Attribution & Analysis:
- Track and report on the sales attribution of influencers and affiliates, ensuring accurate attribution to the appropriate campaigns or partners.
- Collaborate with the Affiliate Marketing Manager to ensure that affiliate commissions and payouts are correctly tracked and reported.

Support Strategy Development:
- Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance overall influencer and affiliate marketing strategies.
- Work alongside the Social Media Manager and Content Creation Specialist to optimize content formats, messaging, and campaign timing based on analytical insights.
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, specifically within the digital marketing or e-commerce industries.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and platform-specific tools (e.g., Upfluence, Shopify analytics).
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Knowledge of influencer and affiliate marketing metrics (engagement rates, CTR, ROI, sales attribution).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data to non-technical team members.
It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:
- Experience working with Shopify and Shopify Analytics.
- Familiarity with Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
- Experience with performance marketing tools and metrics.
- Previous involvement in affiliate programs or influencer marketing campaigns.
