We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Employee to join our retail company's Product Development team. As a data entry specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date product information within our databases and systems. Your meticulousness and focus will contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of our product development processes. Remote/In-Office Requirements
This position can be partially or fully remote; however, some mandatory meetings and events may need to be scheduled in person at our office in Manila, as directed by your supervisor. Due to the remote nature of this role, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship. Resumes and communication must be submitted in English. This role requires night/weekend adjustments and does not have set “business hours”; however, most operations, meetings, and work are expected to be done during business hours, Monday to Friday, Pacific Time.

• Accurate Data Entry: Entry and maintenance of all PO’s. Receiving contractor packing lists, entering samples and damages and other relevant details into the company's databases and systems. Ensure that all data entered is error-free and aligned with established guidelines and standards.
• Shipping Documents: Filing Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain filing for cut order, cut tickets, patterns, pattern cards and sew by samples. Adding new items, and removing discontinued or outdated products to ensure that above mentioned areas are updated and accessible for the Product Development team.
•  Outbound Shipments: Prepare pick tickets for all outbound Product Development shipments. Invoice all outbound shipments.
• Packing Lists: Assist in sending all contractor and service packing lists to accounting.
• Quality Assurance: Perform periodic quality checks to ensure the integrity and consistency of product data. Identify and resolve any data quality issues, such as missing or incorrect information, duplicates, or formatting errors.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Product Development team to gather and update product information, resolve data-related queries, and provide support in maintaining accurate records. Communicate effectively to ensure a smooth flow of information.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate data entry processes and identify opportunities for improvement in terms of efficiency, accuracy, and productivity. Propose and implement enhancements to streamline data management workflows.
• Reporting: Generate reports and summaries on product data, including purchase orders, weekly progress, WIP and graphic tracking. Provide regular updates to the Product Development team and management, highlighting any significant findings or issues.
• Data Security: Ensure the confidentiality and security of product data byadhering to the company's data protection policies and procedures. Take appropriate measures to safeguard sensitive information and preventunauthorized access.

● High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in
data management or a related field is a plus.
● Proficiency in using AIMS data software, spreadsheets, and databases.
● Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, preferably in a retail or
product development setting.
● Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
● Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple
tasks and meet deadlines.
● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as
collaborate effectively within a team.
● Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and
resolving data-related issues.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Basic knowledge of garment manufacturing and product development
processes, terminology, and industry trends
