DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST

We are looking for a highly skilled and organised Office Support Staff member to provide administrative and technical support to our Australian-based bookings team. The ideal candidate will possess strong IT skills, excellent customer service abilities, and fluency in English.

The main responsibilities of a DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST include:
Data Entry and Management:
- Conduct online data entry using Google Sheets and calendar systems.
- Manage data in Microsoft Excel for import into external systems.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service via email and telephone.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Booking Management:
- Manage our online SMS service to organise customer bookings.
- Enter orders received via email into the system.
- Conduct daily backups and checks of data in the booking system.
Logistics Support:
- Upload daily delivery schedules to the Transport Management System.
Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with the Australian bookings team to proactively support daily tasks.
- Maintain open communication to ensure seamless operations.
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience working with transport and logistics companies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisation skills.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service skills via email and phone.
It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:
- Experienced in data management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data entry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and spreadsheet management.
- Background as an Administrative Assistant and in office support, handling day-to-day operations.
- Worked in logistics and transportation, gaining practical knowledge of industry processes.
- Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative (CSR), managing accounts similar to logistics and transportation, with a focus on accurate data
- handling.
- Familiarity with the Melbourne geographic area is an added advantage.
The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements
- Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
- Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
- 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
- Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
- Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
- Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
- Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
