We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Research Operations Associate to join our dynamic research team in Manila. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, verifying, and organizing data to support our Client Service department deliver on SLAs. This role is crucial to ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our data, enabling our Research Analysts to focus on high-value tasks such as data analysis and report production. The role is a seasonal/project based, hybrid position that requires some regular office attendance. This position is based in our Makati City office.

- Work set up - This is a hybrid position with regular office attendance of approximately 2 days per week is expected.
The main responsibilities of a DATA OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE include:
- Access company websites and stock exchanges to collect voting results from various corporate governance events such as AGMs, EGMs, and special shareholder meetings.
- Auditing of proposal text from Issuer disclosure documents against our published proxy papers.
- Locate relevant sections on company websites or investor relations pages to identify and extract vote results and proposal text.
- Monitor and track key event dates for Issuers to ensure timely collection of results as they are released.
- Document Procurement for assigned markets.
- Liaising with other internal Stakeholders for Reconciliation purposes.
- Assisting in Reporting and Auditing Functions of Research Operations Team as requested.
- Assist with the management of incoming and outgoing proxy related data within our in-house web-based Client application.
- Evaluate and reconcile rejecting/bad data, identifying and resolving the issue in a timely manner to ensure data integrity.
- Performing other related duties and tasks as necessary or as assigned.
