The Deal Desk Specialist must be comfortable working in a high growth, fast-paced technology organization. This role is responsible for proactively working with the Global Sales and Channel
& Alliances teams in the deal structuring and quote management portion of a deal cycle. By assisting in and managing the creation of customer Order Forms, this role will ensure the best
experience possible for our customers during the deal process.


This role will interact with internal stakeholders (Sales, Channel & Alliances, Finance, Legal, etc.) to ensure that sales objectives are aligned with the growth of our business. Reporting to
the Senior Manager, Deal Desk, this role will work to facilitate quote creation, ensure deal structures are built in accordance with internal policies and requirements, and provide ad-hoc
training for Sales.

The main responsibilities of a DEAL DESK SPECIALIST include:

  • Support the Sales and Channel & Alliances teams in the quoting process while ensuring compliance with internal policies to accelerate deal efficiency. Serve as an expert in DealDesk activities, which impact bookings attainment and deal structuring.
  • Work closely with Deal Desk leadership and the Finance team to identify areas of improvement within the existing deal review process and help build a seamless and efficient workflow.
  • Provide guidance on deal implications, risks, and potential impacts to leadership.
  • Ensure data accuracy of opportunities forecasted in the pipeline.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Legal, Finance, Product, etc. to ensure seamless deal progression and alignment with business objectives.
  • Maintain agreed-upon approvals including any discounts, non-standard terms, etc. and SLAs in the quoting process to facilitate accurate order forms and purchase orders.
  • Work with the Sales Enablement team to provide training and documentation on successfully structuring and quoting a deal.

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in deal desk, order management and operations, or a related field, preferably within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Understanding of the sales cycle and basic knowledge of SaaS business models
  • Must have experience with Salesforce, CPQ, and Netsuite.
  • Ability to work independently and move fast, adapt, and thrive in a dynamic and fast changing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience collaborating successfully with diverse crossfunctional teams.
  • Team player attitude to assist with quarter end close activities during tight deadlines.

  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
