The main responsibilities of a DESIGN SPECIALIST include:

  • Assist the design team in preparing 3D visualizations, including realistic renderings, for interior fir-out and renovation/refresh projects.
  • Support design collaborations by interpreting design briefs, concepts, and design intent and translating them into 3D renderings.
  • Coordinate with senior designers, clients, and stakeholders to help ensure design outputs align with the project requirements, timelines, and budget guidelines.
  • Help develop and maintain the digital resource library for architectural and interior rendering needs.
  • Work efficiently both independently and under the guidance of senior designers.
  • Assist in presenting design concepts, and visuals to clients and management when required.
  • Conduct research on new design concepts, materials, and trends and contribute ideas applicable to the company’s design fit-out standards.
  • Prepare interior renderings for use in presentations and marketing materials.
  • Assist in sourcing furniture, accessories, and materials, and help prepare technical specifications for proposed interior designs.

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

  • Shows a developing design portfolio with a good sense of creativity and visual awareness.
  • Familiar with Enscape, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other basic 3D visualization tools; knowledge of V-Ray and Revit is a plus.
  • Able to assist in creating 3D renderings and simple walkthroughs using Enscape.
  • Willing to learn and collaborate with senior designers and other team members.
  • Demonstrates basic communication skills and can follow instructions clearly.
  • Has a working proficiency in verbal and written English.
  • Capable of working on assigned tasks independently with guidance and supervision when needed.
  • Able to manage time effectively and meet deadlines with proper support.
  • Pays attention to details and shows eagerness to improve design and technical skills.

It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:

  • Bachelor’s / College Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or Equivalent
  • Atleast 1-3 years working experience related to interior fit-out projects (Commercial, Hospitality or BPO interior projects) is a plus. Fresh grad may apply.
  • Familiarity in using Design Software (Enscape, Vray, AutoCad, Sketch Up, Revit, Ms Office, etc.)

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements

  • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
  • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
  • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
  • Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
