The digital marketing manager will play a critical role in the transition to a digital marketing environment. The ideal candidate will collaborate with marketing team members and other internal stakeholders to develop and execute lead generation campaigns across multiple digital channels.
The digital marketing manager will effectively position and enhance our leading global brand and directly support the annual sales goals for our institutional investor and corporate issuer market segments. This includes demand generation for new account acquisition as well as account-based marketing to grow existing contract values.
The digital marketing manager will also be focused on conversion rate optimization and using analytical and creative skills to generate demand using social media, online advertising, email, and content marketing.
The main responsibilities of a Digital Marketing Manager include:
- Develop and execute strategic digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., social media, online advertising, email marketing, content marketing) with a strong focus on leveraging LinkedIn Lead Gen to generate qualified leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, and qualified leads generated to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage the company's social media presence, with a focus on LinkedIn growth. Be highly skilled at repurposing long-form content (e.g., blog posts, white papers, infographics) into engaging social media posts to maximize reach and engagement with target audiences, ultimately driving lead generation or demand generation.
- Contribute directly to the sales pipeline: Develop and execute lead nurturing campaigns utilizing marketing automation tools to convert qualified leads into marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and ultimately contribute to the sales pipeline generated and closed.
- Oversee the current website and collaborate with developers to create a new website optimized for lead generation. Experience with marketing attribution modeling a plus.
- Leverage marketing automation tools and data analysis (e.g., experience with A/B testing for landing pages) to optimize campaigns for lead generation and improve overall marketing ROI.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to continuously improve campaign performance.
Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B digital marketing with a successful track record of driving lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing) with a strong focus on LinkedIn Lead Gen.
- Experience in lead nurturing using marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot) to convert qualified leads into marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and contribute to the sales pipeline.
- Demonstrated expertise in social media marketing, particularly on LinkedIn, including content creation, community management, and paid advertising to generate leads and engagement.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing attribution modeling (a plus) and A/B testing to optimize campaigns for lead generation and ROI.
- Experience with content marketing, including creating high-quality content that resonates with target audiences and drives lead generation.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize website content and landing pages for lead generation.
- Experience working with developers and design professionals to create a user-friendly and conversion-optimized website.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social), and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing copy and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Marketing Operations).
Indicate required educational background. Previous work experiences needed or preferred. Any technical skills required.
