WIP & Project Milestone Management
Demonstrated ability to drive the work-in-progress cadence internally and with clients/partners; keeps projects on track to milestones and deliverable dates; knows when and how to escalate to Project Managers/Client Leads to unblock progress.
Client Relationship Building & Account Hygiene
Track record of building trust-based relationships; maintains strong client hygiene—clear agendas and timelines, prompt contact reports (within 24 hours), accurate follow-ups; becomes the reliable go-to for smaller, fast-turn requests.
Meeting Preparation & Presentation Delivery
Prepares thoroughly for meetings (room/tech setup, decks, agendas); contributes to presentation crafting and can confidently present to peers and in small client forums; anticipates questions and ensures decisions/actions are captured.
Brand Governance & Catalogue Consistency
Ensures strict adherence to brand guidelines and “guard books”; helps maintain consistency across catalogues and supporting collateral; balances brand integrity with the original creative intent.
Competitive Intelligence & Category Immersion
Runs regular competitor reviews; stays on the pulse of retail/category trends locally and internationally; distils implications for creative, media and production teams to sharpen outputs.
Retail Cadence & Weekly Production Rhythm
Experience coordinating weekly promotional programs and catalogue workflows; comfort operating in a fixed, high-frequency rhythm with many moving parts; proactive risk spotting to protect on-time, on-brand release.
Financial Administration & Job Control
Accuracy filing and releasing signed estimates; opens job numbers and raises POs correctly; keeps stakeholders informed with timely documentation and distribution; maintains audit-ready records.
Media Partner Coordination & Material Dispatch
Builds strong relationships with media partners; manages material instructions and dispatch to spec and on time; understands the downstream impact of late or incorrect assets and mitigates proactively.
Attention to Detail & Proofing Discipline
Exhibits flawless attention to detail; follows and helps enforce BMF processes; demonstrates developing proof-reading skills and a commitment to quality control across all deliverables.
Digital Fluency & Channel Awareness
Curious about the digital ecosystem and emerging channels; brings examples of applying new tech/platforms appropriately for clients; understands how content adapts across online touchpoints.
Problem Solving, Initiative & Autonomy
Shows a can-do, solutions-focused approach; takes initiative beyond day-to-day urgencies; manages workload independently while knowing when to seek input; stays calm and effective under pressure.

The main responsibilities of a DIGITAL PROJECT COORDINATOR include:
Creative
Build strong relationships with strategic and creative teams. Understand BMF’s strategic and creative processes and ’s advertising channels. Contribute to process improvements and competitive reviews; stay up to date with category trends. Engage with creative work locally and internationally and develop a creative voice.
Client
Develop strong, trust-based client relationships. Manage the internal and external WIP process to meet project milestones, escalating to PMs/CL when needed. Assist with meeting prep (presentations, agendas, equipment). Support the team in maintaining brand guidelines and competitive reporting. Act as the go-to contact for smaller client requests.
Culture
Contribute positively to team energy, motivation, and agency culture.
Financial
File and coordinate signed estimates, release them in the system, and distribute copies. Open job numbers and generate POs as required.
Collaboration
Understand integrated services and proactively recommend opportunities. Build relationships with media partners, handling material instructions and dispatch.
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
· Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow and enforce BMF processes. Strong document and presentation preparation skills (especially PowerPoint).
· Presentation skills for peers and small client groups.

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements
- Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
- Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
- 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
- Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
- Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
- Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
- Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
