We are looking for a Director to own the end-to-end brand positioning and demand generation for our Spaces business. As head of a dedicated Spaces demand-gen pod, you will be the single accountable leader for how KMC Spaces shows up in the market and how that presence converts into qualified pipeline.
Your core focus is events, broker relationships, and media — the channels that drive demand in the Philippine CRE market. You'll own brand and demand generation for Spaces end to end, drawing on shared functions across the department: a central Digital team, a Partnerships function, and the Growth Studio for creative. This is a builder-operator role for someone who already knows the local CRE ecosystem and can activate it from day one.

The main responsibilities of a DIRECTOR OF GROWTH MARKETING - SPACES include:
Key Responsibilities
Brand Positioning & Market Presence
- Own the Spaces brand positioning, narrative, and category leadership in the Philippine market end to end.
- Define and defend differentiation against direct competitors, ensuring Spaces is the default consideration for businesses seeking flexible workspace.
- Direct messaging and campaign themes, working with the Growth Studio on creative execution.
Events
- Design and lead a Spaces events program (hosted, sponsored, broker, and industry events) that generates demand and deepens market relationships.
- Translate event presence into measurable pipeline rather than awareness alone.
Broker Relationships
- Leverage and expand relationships with the CRE broker community to drive referral and deal flow into Spaces.
- Build broker engagement programs that keep Spaces top of mind across the brokerage network.
Media & Industry Presence
- Maintain strong working relationships with local media and industry press to amplify the Spaces brand.
- Drive earned-media and thought-leadership opportunities that reinforce category leadership.
Demand Generation (End to End)
- Own the full demand-gen funnel and pipeline contribution targets for the Spaces LOB.
- Direct the channel mix that delivers qualified, sales-ready leads, partnering with the shared Digital team on paid, search, SEO, and web conversion.
- Coordinate with the Partnerships function on strategic alliances relevant to Spaces.
Pod Leadership
- Lead the Spaces demand-gen pod, setting standards, priorities, and accountability.
- Operate within the shared-services model — Digital, Partnerships, and Growth Studio — while owning outcomes for your LOB.
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in brand, marketing, or demand generation, with senior leadership experience and direct ownership of pipeline or revenue-linked targets.
- Intimate knowledge of the Philippine commercial real estate sector — flexible workspace, leasing dynamics, and the broker ecosystem.
- An established local network across CRE brokers, media, and industry partners that can be activated from day one.
- Strong events background — proven ability to design and run events that generate demand, not just visibility.
- Strong digital marketing positioning sense: able to set brand and channel strategy and direct shared digital resources with attribution discipline.
- Track record leading teams, with the operating rigor to run a pod against clear metrics.
Success in the First 6–12 Months
- A sharpened, defensible Spaces brand position consistently executed across channels.
- An activated broker and media network producing measurable referral and earned-media value.
- A Spaces events calendar tied directly to pipeline outcomes.
- A functioning demand-gen engine with clear funnel metrics and reliable qualified-lead flow to sales.
