The main responsibilities of a DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS include:

  • Job Summary:

    The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of iRecon, focusing on enhancing operational efficiencies, maximizing profitability, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all departments. This role includes managing the hiring process, developing and implementing operational strategies, and overseeing employee performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a keen eye for detail, with a particular emphasis on leveraging AI and automation technologies to drive operational success.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    •    Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability using AI and automation tools.
    •    Technology Implementation: Identify, evaluate, and integrate AI and automation technologies to streamline processes and workflows.
    •    Team Management: Oversee and manage employee performance to align with the agency’s goals and standards.
    •    Hiring and Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees to attract and retain top talent.
    •    Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance operational processes with AI-driven solutions.
    •    Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-saving measures.
    •    Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management.
    •    Training and Development: Implement training programs focused on enhancing skills, performance, and technology use.
    •    Compliance and Standards: Ensure all operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of quality and ethics.
    •    Collaboration: Work with brand managers and cross-functional teams to align operational strategies with business objectives and promotions

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

  • Qualifications:

    Experience: Minimum of 7 years in operations management, ideally in e-commerce or digital marketing, with experience managing remote teams being highly desirable.
    Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams, focusing on driving efficiency and performance.
    Operational Expertise: Strong knowledge of operational processes, project management, and financial management.
    Technology Proficiency: Skilled in using AI and automation tools to improve operations; familiarity with platforms like Zapier, UiPath, or similar is preferred.
    Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on making data-driven decisions.
    Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to team members and senior management.
    Flexibility: Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
  • Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
