The main responsibilities of a DOCUMENTATION SUPPORT include:
As Documentation Support, you will work collaboratively with the Group BIM and Technical Lead, Senior Technical Designer, Lead Designers, Senior Interior Designers, Documentation Manager and Head of Delivery to support the production of Cachet Group project documentation.
- Build and coordinate projects in Revit using existing templates including setup of new projects for the team.
- Create base Revit models for Cachet projects through importing provided CAD drawings, PDF’s and site photos.
- Generate accurate modelling of existing spaces through conversion of LiDAR scan point cloud model to Revit model.
- Produce interior technical drawing documentation packages for workplace fit outs including joinery documentation.
- Develop conceptual drawings, test fit etc. for specific projects and clients.
- Coordinate Revit modelling and construction documentation in line with Cachet project requirements and standards.
- Assist in the technical delivery of specific Revit projects where required.
- Revit design to be to LOD300 (Level of Development) standard.
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- Proficiency in Revit - Commercial fit-out, Architectural background
- Required to create base Revit models from CAD drawings, PDFs, and site photos
- Must deliver Revit designs to LOD300 standard
- 10+ years experience
- Bachelor's Degree, ideally in Interior Design/ Architecture/ similar field
It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:
- ReCap Pro
- LiDAR & Point Cloud Integration
- Technical Drawing & Documentatio
The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements
- Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
- Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
- 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
- Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
- Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
- Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
- Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
