Migration & Strategy

                The Domino platform of the client is diverse. In addition to older Notes client applications, there are modern web applications, it is used by some apps for LDAP, email routing, POP3, etc.

                Existing Notes (client – only) applications should be evaluated on what the application does, users/licenses needed, data and integration requirements.  Business critical Notes Client applications will be reviewed to determine if there is another existing platform or system they can be migrated to, if they should be migrated to “Domino” web applications or if a third-party application should be purchased for that role.

                Existing Domino (web) applications will be maintained / written until a replacement platform(s) have been chosen for custom internal applications.  Goal should be to go with standardized “off the shelf” products when possible, only writing custom applications when existing tools are insufficient too costly.

• This will be an Application Developer role.
• Good communication skills to work with users and gather requirements
• Candidate should be able to implement change requirements and write code as needed
• Should be able to test that changes meet requirements and don’t impact other application functions
• Minimal end user training and documentation roles are also helpful
• Ability to learn new technologies and software

• Notes/Domino Web Development is a plus

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in web development

  • Server Side programming: Java, Python, Ruby, PHP, Node.js

  • Web Server: Apache, IIS

  • Database: MySQL, MongoDB

  • Client side Programming: HTML, CSS, Javascript

  • Frontend Frameworks/Libraries: Sencha/EXTJS, React, Angular

  • Cloud Experience: AWS, Azure

• Graduate of any IT related course

• Ensure application stability
• End user support
• Maintaining applications, (data integrity, archiving, code changes)
• Creating new applications/functions as needed

• Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
• Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
• 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
• Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
• Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
• Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
• Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
