We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts for senior-level positions within the e-commerce sector. In this role, you will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter to source top candidates from prominent brands and agencies, targeting roles such as Senior Media Buyers, Retention Specialists, and Full-Stack Shopify Developers. You will conduct personalized outreach using the CEO’s LinkedIn profile to attract high-level talent, ensuring tailored communication that highlights our company’s growth and mission.

The main responsibilities of a E-COMMERCE HEADHUNTER include:
1. Sourcing Top-Level Candidates
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage candidates from prominent e-commerce brands and agencies, ensuring relevant experience and tenure.
- Target specific roles, including:
- Senior Media Buyers
- Retention Specialists
- Marketing Directors
- CRO Specialists
- Full-Stack Shopify Developers
- Senior Data Analysts specializing in e-commerce
- Video Producers and content teams (Editors, Scriptwriters, Creative Directors)
- SEO Specialists
- Zapier Automation Specialists
- AI Specialists
2. Personalized Outreach
- Leverage the CEO’s LinkedIn profile for personalized outreach, focusing on senior-level expertise and specialization in e-commerce.
- Craft tailored messages that emphasize the company’s growth, mission, and the opportunity for candidates to join an innovative team.
3. Screening and Interview Process
- Conduct initial candidate screenings via LinkedIn or email, assessing experience in large e-commerce companies or agencies.
- Ensure candidates meet the senior-level expertise required in areas such as media buying, marketing, CRO, and technical development.
- Schedule interviews with the CEO, managing logistics to ensure smooth transitions between outreach and final interviews.
4. Documentation and Automation
- Use ClickUp to document all candidate interactions, track their progress, and ensure comprehensive records of the recruitment process.
- Leverage Zapier to automate follow-up messaging, ensuring timely communication with candidates.
5. Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal team leads and department heads to refine job requirements and align the recruitment strategy with business needs.
- Provide regular updates on the status of open positions and the recruitment pipeline.
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- At least 5 years of headhunting experience for large e-commerce brands or digital agencies, specifically for senior-level and specialized roles.
- Extensive experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques.
- Proven success in recruiting for roles in media buying, retention marketing, CRO, Shopify development, and other specialized e-commerce functions.
- Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape and relevant technologies, including Shopify, Zapier, and AI tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with high-level talent.
- Familiarity with ClickUp and Zapier for task management and automation is preferred.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple roles and candidate pipelines simultaneously.
