The main responsibilities of a ENABLEMENT SPECIALIST include:

  • Align to the NAMER SB sales teams’ priorities and objectives, understand their business challenges and strengths – support the design of annual and quarterly enablement plans

  • Support the design, management and delivery of successful quarterly role-based enablement plans aligned with NAMER SB goals; review and edit training materials when required

  • Facilitate training programs to NAMER SB sellers, CAMs, and Partners aligned to business priorities

  • Work proactively and collaboratively with the global enablement team to support and  implement enablement programs and content; to support an 80/20 approach to drive scale and simplicity

  • Understand common sales tools sellers use throughout the selling process (e.g. SFDC, Outreach, LI Navigator)

  • Provide input into the creation and rollout of new programs and initiatives, including Revenue Growth Summit

  • Manage COE Enablement  training schedules and delivery, metrics and outcome reporting to measure impact of programs

  • Collaborate globally with your peers in other GEOs to share best practices, lessons learned and solutions for ramping time to quota, growing bigger deals

  • Stay abreast of industry trends in learning, selling, technology sales and sales skills

  • Ensure that we scale by creating and carrying out repeatable & measurable processes 

  • Consult and assist on a range of special projects and one off tasks as we scale and refine our operating model

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional work experience in sales, presales or sales training

  • An eye to organizational and professional growth

  • A student of sales skills and learning tactics

  • Training delivery and/or facilitation experience

  • Excellent communication skills, high impact & high energy sales training style, generating and sustaining engagement with your audience 

  • Strong interpersonal skills;  takes a consultative approach to the role and ability to work cross-functionally

  • Passion for excellence and high quality in the finished product; attention to detail is critical to success 

  • Outstanding multi-tasker, able to effectively prioritize projects and pivot where needed with a sense of urgency

  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced growth organization

  • Experience with enablement and sales tools including prospecting, CRM, readiness, content management and learning management

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements

  • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
  • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
  • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
  • Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
