We are seeking an exceptional Engagement Specialist to join our APAC COE in Clark - Philippines, focusing on employee engagement and event management. This role is pivotal in creating, managing, and enhancing engaging employee activities and events at both the site and regional levels. You will work closely with the site leadership, employees, and other stakeholders to ensure successful execution of engagement initiatives that foster a positive work environment.


You will need to dive deep into event planning, logistical coordination, and feedback analysis to build sustainable and impactful employee engagement programs. Your creativity, data-driven insights, and process improvement skills will be essential in overcoming challenges and improving our organizational capabilities.

The main responsibilities of a ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST III include:

•    Plan and Execute Events: Organize engaging employee events and activities, from initial concept through execution and post-event analysis.
•    Gather Employee Feedback: Collect and analyze employee feedback and preferences to tailor event planning.
•    Oversee Logistics: Manage all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, and transportation.
•    Budget Management: Handle event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.
•    Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors and service providers to secure the necessary resources for successful events.
•    Communication: Effectively communicate event details to employees and ensure smooth coordination of all event logistics.
•    Procurement Coordination: Work closely with the Procurement Specialist and stakeholders on any purchases needed at the site level.
•    Post-Event Analysis: Analyze post-event feedback to continuously improve future events and activities.
•    Collaboration: Collaborate with HR and management teams to align engagement activities with company goals and employee needs.
•    Compliance: Ensure all events and activities comply with company policies and regulations.

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

  • Expereince
    • 2-3 years experience in Event management 
    • Ability to work with remote teams and across time zones to develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment
  • Technical Skills: Strong familiarity with the following tools:
    • Google Sheets / Excel
    • Google Slide / Powerpoint
    • Google Doc / Word
  • Event Management Experience: Proven experience in event planning and execution, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple events and tasks simultaneously.
  • Communication: Able to communicate insightful & meaningful recommendations to the team.

It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:

Experience in Shared Services: Previous experience in a shared services or customer service organization.
Health and Wellness Programs: Experience in implementing health and wellness initiatives.
Vendor Network: Established network of reliable vendors and service providers.
Creativity: Creative thinking and ability to develop unique and engaging event concepts.

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements

  • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
  • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
  • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
  • Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
