Gatti Services is implementing ERPNext as the core operational system for its data center services business.

The ERPNext System Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day management and accuracy of the system, serving as the digital counterpart to the on-site physical team. This role ensures that all shipments, inventory movements, and customer interactions are accurately recorded and maintained within ERPNext, enabling seamless operations and eliminating the need for manual data tracking in the field.

The main responsibilities of a ERPNEXT SYSTEM ADMIN include:

What You’ll Do

Shipments

  • Maintain ERPNext shipment records end-to-end
  • Track pickup and delivery dates, carriers, and tracking numbers
  • Manage status transitions (Booked → In Transit → Delivered)
  • Ensure transit warehouse data is always accurate and up-to-date
  • Enable real-time visibility of all in-transit shipments

Inventory Integration

  • Maintain item masters, serial numbers, and warehouse records
  • Ensure stock movements reflect actual physical inventory across all sites
  • Reconcile discrepancies between system and on-site inventory
  • Enforce consistent naming conventions and data standards
  • Support transition from spreadsheet-based tracking to ERPNext

Automatic Alerting

  • Configure alerts for low stock, overdue shipments, and stuck POs
  • Identify and flag missing serial numbers and data gaps
  • Route notifications to appropriate Slack channels and stakeholders
  • Ensure proactive issue detection before customer impact

Customer Integration

  • Set up and maintain customer-facing ERPNext views (e.g., portals, reports)
  • Provide consistent and accurate status updates to clients
  • Enable seamless integration with customer Slack channels
  • Ensure clients (e.g., NDG, Rumble, Gcore) receive reliable, real-time data

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

Required

  • 2+ years experience administering ERPNext or similar ERP systems
    (e.g., Odoo, SAP Business One, NetSuite, Dynamics 365 Business Central)
  • Hands-on experience with Stock, Buying, and Selling modules
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and accountable for data accuracy

Nice to Have

  • Experience with ERPNext v14/v15
  • Familiarity with Frappe framework (DocTypes, workflows, notifications, reports)
  • Experience with Slack or webhook integrations
  • Background in logistics or IT hardware operations

  • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
  • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
  • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
  • Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
