The main responsibilities of a FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT include:
As our Financial Accountant, you will take ownership of key financial processes and deliver insightful analysis to support business growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Full Bank Reconciliations for all monies passing through your department.
- Cash Flow Predictions & Forecasting
- Ensuring all Sales and Billing are working as expected, hence no loss of Revenue.
- Credit Note Review and ultimately, approval of same within agreed terms.
- Becoming a SUPER USER in all in house packages and becoming a main point of contact with such external Software/CRM Providers. (See, WWW.AMCSGROUP.COM )
- Reviewing Weekly Management Accounts and comparison to Monthly Management Accounts. Investigate and explain any significant variances.
- Compilation of KPI’s and regular review of same.
- From your KPI’s and knowledge of the business, assist in annual budget preparation.
- Staff Supervision, training and development.
- Assist in Annual and Interim Audits.
- New Business Acquisitions & Integrations
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- Fully Qualified with minimum 3 years PQE and a current member of a recognised Accountancy body.
- Practice / Industry Trained including bringing Accounts to Trial Balance Stage.
- Staff supervision skills desirable.
- Advanced Excel Skills. Familiarity in other Microsoft Packages such as Word / PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle and analyse large volumes of complex financial data.
- Strong Communication Skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:
- Fully Qualified with minimum 3 years PQE and a current member of a recognised Accountancy body.

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements
- Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
- Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
- 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
- Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
- Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
- Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
- Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
