As a Finance Assistant, you will be integral to the Finance team, focusing on the critical areas of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. This role is essential for ensuring accurate financial operations and supporting broader financial management within the company.

The main responsibilities of a FINANCIAL ASSISTANT include:

  • Manage daily Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks to ensure timely processing of transactions.
  • Maintain precise records of invoices and receipts to ensure clarity and accuracy in financial reports.
  • Support month-end closing processes, including account reconciliation and preparation of financial statements.
  • Enhance client and vendor relationships through effective communication and timely resolution of queries.
  • Ensure adherence to financial laws and compliance with internal policies to uphold the company's financial integrity.

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

  • Proven experience in financial roles focusing on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations pertinent to finance operations.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail for high accuracy in task execution.

It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:

  • Experience working in an international or multi-regional team is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capability to adapt quickly to new technologies and financial systems.

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements

  • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
  • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
  • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
  • Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
