The main responsibilities of a FIT AGENT include:

  • Manage and exceed expectations of travel partners and guests by completing all reservation and sales-related processes.
  • Respond to inbound sales leads and convert them into bookings, emphasizing product features, quoting prices, and discussing payment terms.
  • Accurately process payments and oversee quality control of bookings to maintain product integrity.
  • Conduct outbound lead follow-up calls and emails to both potential and existing customers to qualify leads and promote products and services.
  • Address customer complaints by answering questions and recommending corrective services.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Handle high call volumes efficiently, navigate company software systems, and manage bookings through the reservation database.
  • Request air quotes and update booking details as necessary, ensuring all client information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management to support departmental goals and objectives.

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the travel industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and build relationships.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, and familiarity with reservation database software.
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving and the ability to manage payments and financial transactions accurately.

It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:

  • Experience in CRM software and database management.
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and job demands.
  • Additional languages are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse client base.
  • Knowledge of the travel industry’s latest trends and technologies to stay ahead in a competitive market.

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements

  • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
  • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
  • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
  • Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
