We are seeking a GTM FP&A Analyst to support our Ops/Finance functions with a strong focus on expense management. This role will be critical in driving transparency, accountability, and accuracy around operating expenses. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled in accruals and purchase order tracking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This role reports to the Senior Manager of GTM FP&A.

The main responsibilities of a FP&A ANALYST include:
- Assist monthly and quarterly financial close processes by preparing, reviewing, and submitting expense-related accruals and reclasses
- Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting packages, including P&L and Travel & Expense (T&E) reports. Conduct variance analysis comparing actual results to forecasts to provide actionable business insights.
- Develop and maintain trend reports on operating expenses, identifying fluctuations and potential risks.
- Monitor purchase orders (POs) for accurate coding and budget alignment, flagging discrepancies.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to support evolving business needs.
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance, preferably in SaaS industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial systems such as NetSuite, Coupa, and Adaptive Insights is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Team player with a “can do” attitude and keen business acumen.
The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements

- Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
- 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
- Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
- Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
- Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
- Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
