Fraud Assist is the first point of contact (phone and chat) for any concerns with fraud or scams for both customers and internal stakeholders. The team assist with confirming any fraud or scams across the Card Fraud and Digital Fraud and Scam platforms and triage these cases to either specialist fraud areas to further assist the customer.

The purpose of this role is to minimize fraud whilst maintaining excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders and customers. 

This purpose is achieved through:

  • Actioning of transaction alerts and / or understanding the root cause of fraud events, undertaking loss mitigation and value recovery actions, and assisting in determining preventative strategies.
  • Conducting daily analysis of identified suspect transactions.
  • Performing all supporting and administrative tasks in order to prevent loss or reclaim value relating to identified transactions.
  • At all times acting in accordance with policy and procedures to reduce or prevent loss of funds by the company and its customers.

The main responsibilities of a FRAUD ANALYST include:

  • Facilitate the provision of an efficient and high-quality service to internal and external customers. 
  • Work with service portfolio Leads to provide recommendations to uplift standards, policies, strategies and best practices as identified through investigations and customer and colleague feedback. 
  • Collaborate and engage with appropriate internal/external stakeholders and forums on fraud investigations and prevention. 
  • Be responsible for preparing reporting and insights on all relevant investigations and received alerts. 
  • Apply relevant specialist knowledge and experience to understand, influence and advise internal and/or external customers and stakeholders. 
  • Lead a functional area or a collection of related activities to achieve identified objectives. ​​​​​​​

 

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

  • Strong customers experience background preferably in a contact centre but open to face-to-face customer experience such as retail and other similar positions. 
  • Experience working in the financial industry. 
  • Ability to think outside the box and come to creative solutions to assist our customers. 
  • Must be committed to work onsite and on shifting schedule

It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:

  • Customer driven commercial approach to business.
  • Understand Active Operations Management (AOM) or similar operational management principles, focused on driving productivity and outcomes. 
  • Results focused. 
  • Entrepreneurial, 'thinks outside the square' yet practical in approach. 
  • Manages complexity and able to quickly gain understanding of unfamiliar businesses. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements

  • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
  • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
  • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
  • Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
