As the GL Sr Accountant, you will join our accounting team to participate in our monthly close process to ensure that timely and accruate financial reports are produced.  We are looking to continue improviding our current processes as well as adding new tools (Blackline) to assist with that.  The Sr Accountant will be a part of this effort, lending their knowledge and experience to help our continous improvement.  Talkdesk is in the SAAS CX software tech industry.

• Prepare journal entries to support month-end close activitiies.
• Assist with inter-company billing between the parent company and its subsidiaries.
• Perform monthly balance sheet account reconciliations and work to resolve any discrepancies.
• Review and analyze fluctuations that take place in account balances.
• Respond to inquiries regarding general ledger activity.
• Maintain prepaid accounts and post the monthly prepaid expenses.
• Prepare monthly allocations.
• Assist with year-end audits and other monthly and annual reporting requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree, with an emphasis in accounting or finance.

• 2 - 4 years of relevent accounting experience.

• Experience in general ledger accounting and month-end close or audit experience of those tasks,
• Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Proficient in Netsuite preferred.
• Ability to follow through on all assigned tasks and take on additional work as needed.
• Uncompromising integrity and transparency.
• Experience wtih Blackline a plus.
