The Global Head of Marketing is responsible for developing and managing Sodali’s marketing technology stack, analytics, automation, and creating measurable marketing outcomes across the organization to drive sustainable growth.
This role owns the strategy and operating model for the marketing technology ecosystem including marketing automation platforms, website development, identity and consent, orchestration, and measurement. The focus is on how marketing technology and data work together and continuously evolve to support segmentation, decisioning, journey orchestration, and marketer productivity at scale.

The main responsibilities of a GLOBAL HEAD OF MARKETING include:
- Manage and scale the company's marketing technology stack (e.g., marketing email automation, website administration, and analytics tools).
- Oversee marketing data and analytics reporting to create standard reports clearly linking marketing campaigns to behavioral outcomes.
- Design and implement customer journey workflows, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and governance controls that streamline automation, website development and maintenance, and campaign execution, and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Own the marketing technology ecosystem, accountable for scalability, resilience, performance, and value creation.
- Partner closely with privacy, legal, and data governance teams to ensure responsible use of data while maintaining speed and flexibility.
- Define success metrics for adoption, utilization, automation maturity, efficiency gains, and contribution to business outcomes.
- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and measurable impact across a geographically distributed team.
- Serve as a trusted thought partner on digital transformation initiatives that require automation and experience orchestration.
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- 7+ years’ experience in marketing operations technology, including CRM, email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), social media (e.g., Sprout Social), and content management systems (e.g., WordPress), and Google Analytics.
- Deep knowledge of marketing technology, analytics, automation, customer data platforms, consent management, and data activation.
- The ability to present complex technical and strategic topics to senior leadership, including the CMO level.
- Strong leadership, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- B2B enterprise experience preferred.
- Thoughtful and intellectually curious, with a growth mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on action and problem solving.
It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:
- Integration / hands-on building of marketing technology ecosystem
The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements
