Provides for a consistent presentation of the 
GIS brand to external parties – including 
online, in print, digital, publications, etc.  
• Provides support for the development and 
implementation of GIS’s marketing strategy to 
achieve its desired state

branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional 
materials, content development, and 
advertising copy.

The main responsibilities of a GRAPHIC DESIGNER include:

Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe programs (Illustrator, Publisher, In-Design, Photoshop), Canva, and other 
platforms to produce necessary marketing deliverables 
• Maintain awareness of and actively manage marketing requests submitted through the internal marketing ticketing system, 
ensuring timely review, prioritization, and coordination. 
• Ability to build articles for the Bi-Weekly Newsletters based on information provided by managers 
• Build content for social media postings in the form of graphics/videos/articles - Recognitions, Project Awards, Project Updates, 
Various Highlights, etc. 
• Ability to create artwork for paid advertisements in various forms, such as magazines, billboards, flyers, social media, event 
signage, etc. 
• Support operations and shared services teams with marketing material requests - Presentations, graphics, templates, etc. 
• Support all GIS operations with promo orders and brand management 
• Coordinate/gather content for project brag sheets to create, manage, and organize project profiles (also used for content for 
newsletter/social media postings) 
• Assist with professional headshot sessions for GIS team members and proficient use of Adobe Photoshop to edit greenscreens 
within the photos taken 
• Continuously manage and update the company presentations/slide decks for GIS and the family of companies as needed. 
• Ability assist GIS offices/divisions/companies/ to gather information needed for any marketing content on current/past/future 
projects 
• Assist in developing slide decks for each service line, along with project highlights to be included within each 
• Manage and execute website content and page updates 
• Develop banners for featured items on the GIS company store website in addition to graphics highlighting the items for regular 
internal employee communications  
• Aid in creating and updating an inventory management system for marketing promo items  
• Assist the Marketing Director in producing monthly comparison reports between various marketing and/or divisional spending 
for ELT. 
• Capture and develop video content to support marketing initiatives, including project highlights, team features, and company 
messaging.

• Stay current with video trends, tools, and best practices to improve content quality and engagement. 

It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements

  • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
  • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
  • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
  • Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
