dusk Australia is looking for a skilled and versatile Graphic Designer to join our remote Creative Team. This is a production-focused role centred on delivering high-quality creative output across four core areas: print and point-of-sale design, digital graphic design, photo retouching, and documentation and presentation layout. The ideal candidate is a hands-on designer who takes pride in precise execution, meets deadlines reliably, and can manage a varied workload across multiple concurrent projects.

The main responsibilities of a GRAPHIC DESIGNER include:

Print Design & Point-of-Sale

       Design and produce print-ready artwork for campaign POS, in-store signage, window decals, shelf talkers, and retail collateral.

       Prepare files to production specifications, including correct colour profiles (CMYK), bleed, trim marks, and finish requirements.

       Manage artwork versioning and ensure accuracy across multiple store formats and size variations.

       Liaise with the Creative Manager on campaign rollout timelines and print production requirements.

Digital Graphic Design

       Design digital assets for website homepages, including banners, hero images, and promotional tiles.

       Create email marketing (EDM) graphics, layouts, and templates that are optimised for digital delivery.

       Resize and adapt campaign assets for use across digital channels.

       Ensure digital files are exported correctly for web, including appropriate resolution and file formats.

Photo Retouching & Image Editing

       Retouch and edit product and lifestyle photography for use across print and digital channels.

       Perform colour correction, background removal, clipping, and compositing as required.

       Maintain consistency in image treatment and quality across all visual output.

       Manage and organise image assets to support efficient team workflow.

 

Documentation & Presentation Layout

       Design and format internal documents including range presentations, collection overviews, store guides, and go-to-market decks.

       Create and maintain branded templates in Canva, InDesign, and PowerPoint for use by the broader team.

       Ensure all documentation is clearly laid out, visually consistent, and easy to navigate.

       Support the production of communication packs, guidelines, and internal briefs as required.

Motion & Video Editing (Bonus)

       Edit short-form video content and motion graphics for social media and digital campaigns.

       Assist with the creation of simple animated assets or product video cuts as required.

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

3-5+ years
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) 
Strong understanding of print production (CMYK, bleed, print-ready files) 
Experience in retail / campaign POS and multi-format print design 
Experience in digital asset creation (homepage, EDMs, web campaigns using Figma)
Photo retouching and image editing skills (color correction, clipping, compositing) 
(photo retouching is last prio)
Strong typography, layout, and composition skills
Strong file management and version control practices 

It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:

Strong organization and ability to manage multiple deadlines 
High attention to detail and quality control 
Proactive communication and ability to handle feedback remotely
Self-motivated and reliable; able to work independently
Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (A plus)

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements

  • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
  • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
  • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
  • Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
