As an HRIS Specialist, you will be working with the HRIS team mainly responsible for creating HRIS profiles, updating employee details, and supporting employees/stakeholders with their system issues. You are expected to be keen on details when it comes to encoding and auditing data in our systems. The team is also looking for someone with MS Excel knowledge in terms of scrubbing and cleaning data for reports. Someone who has good presentation skills is a plus! Lastly, the team needs someone passionate about process improvement, automation, project management, and learning more technical skills.

The main responsibilities of a HRIS SPECIALIST include:
Onboarding
- Assists in the creation and maintenance of HRIS profiles
- Assists in the creation and printing of employee IDs
Movements & Offboarding
- Processes the movements and offboarding of employees
- Updates employee details in all company systems and databases department
Reports, Analysis, and Automation
- Identifies and assists in solving HR-related issues and trends
- Provides insights into reports and analyses conducted by the team
- Performs audit of all company information whenever necessary
- Produces movements and offboarding reports on a weekly basis
- Participates in automation and process improvement projects of the team, department, and company
Others
- Provides system support to internal and external clients
- Manages the HR Ticketing system and ensures that the team is meeting if not exceeding its SLA
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- At least 2 years of work experience with HR Shared Services, HR Systems, and/or HR Analytics and automation
- Intermediate to Advanced expertise in MS Excel
- Experienced in utilizing HR Tools
- Experienced in performing data audits and giving insights
- Keen on details and should be highly analytical
- Highly proficient in English and Filipino
- Very much open to learning more technical tool
It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:
- Power BI or any dashboard tool
