The HRIS Data Specialist is the HR expert for HRIS data during implementation, migration, and go-live. The role is responsible for hands-on execution of HR-side data migration activities, ensuring HR data is prepared, mapped, validated, and loaded accurately into the global HRIS (Workday HCM). This role focuses on implementation delivery and data quality, working closely with HR teams, IT, vendors, and integration parties.

The main responsibilities of a HRIS DATA SPECIALIST include:

I. BUSINESS EXPERTISE:

  • Strong hands-on understanding of HR data structures and HRIS data models.
  • Proven experience with HRIS data migration, mapping, and validation.
  • Familiarity with Workday HCM or similar enterprise HR systems.
  • Good understanding of data security, privacy, and compliance in an HR context.

 

II.              PROBLEM SOLVING:

  • Expert ability to troubleshoot complex HR data migration issues.
  • Structured and analytical approach to identifying root causes.
  • Able to manage multiple data streams and priorities during high-intensity implementation phases.

III.             INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:

  • Confident and credible communicator with HR, IT, and external partners.
  • Collaborative, hands-on working style.
  • High attention to detail with a strong sense of accountability for data quality.
  • Professional, discreet, and reliable.

IV.            QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, HR, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in HRIS data migration, HR data management, or related roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Workday data migration and validation.
  • Experience working in global, multi-country HR environments.
  • Experience collaborating with external vendors and system integrators.
  • Experience in multicultural or international environments is an advantage.

It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:

 Additional relevant knowledge or experience related to the above requirements will be considered an advantage.

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements

  • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
  • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
  • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
  • Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
