• The HR Coordinator supports multistate HR operations (with emphasis on CA and OR) by handling HR administration, employee records, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations.
• This role serves as a key link between employees and HR leadership, ensuring accurate documentation, policy compliance, and a positive work environment

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of HR coordination or similar HR admin role (generalist/coordinator) local experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools (e.g., ADP).

• California HR Experience

• Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
• Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
• 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
• Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
• Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
• Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
• Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
