We are seeking a versatile team member who bridges the worlds of process improvement, data solutions, and instructional design. This is not a purely content-creation role. You will be a Systems Thinker who helps deploy sophisticated solutions.

The ideal candidate is as comfortable building a Power BI dashboard or an automated database in Dataverse as they are creating a Rise 360 course on how to use it. You must be eager to learn, willing to challenge convention, and committed to leveraging AI to maximize your own—and our clients'—efficiency.

The main responsibilities of a INSTRUCTIONAL SYSTEMS & DATA SOLUTIONS DESIGNER include:

Your work will focus on executing and building the solutions identified during the initial client needs analysis performed by the Founders.

1. Process & Data Solutions Deployment

  • Design and Build: Construct custom dashboards, data trackers (e.g., in Excel with macros), and databases using tools like the Microsoft Power suite (Power BI, Power Automate) and related applications (e.g., SharePoint, Dataverse).
  • Workflow Streamlining: Use Power Automate and other Microsoft 365 apps to create automated communication channels and streamline processes identified during gap analysis.
  • Evaluation Tools: Develop reporting and evaluation mechanisms to pull and present collected data, demonstrating the impact of implemented solutions.

2. Instructional Content and Resource Creation

  • Instructional Development: Create engaging training deliverables—which serve as the "icing on the cake" to reinforce new systems—including Rise 360 courses, Storyline modules, and accompanying resources (infographics via Canva, how-to videos, communication templates).
  • Agile Execution: Work within an Agile/Sprint framework, quickly executing tasks based on predefined design documents, user stories, and established brand standards.
  • Post-Production Synthesis: Take "messy" raw content and scripts provided by the Founders and synthesize it into effective, targeted learning materials.

3. AI & Operational Excellence (CRITICAL)

    • AI-First Mindset: Proactively and confidently leverage AI tools (e.g., custom GPTs, Copilot) to draft content, automate development tasks, and increase overall production speed.
    • Agent Management: Ensure AI agents and bots are running properly and are used to their full potential to enhance internal and client processes.

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in the same role
  • Proven experience applying Adult Learning Theory and strong skills in conducting/interpreting Needs and Gap Analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 to build functional trackers and dashboards.
  • High proficiency with Articulate Rise 360 and Storyline (or equivalent modern authoring tools).
  • AI Fluency (Must-Have): Demonstrable experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot) not just for basic tasks, but to fundamentally improve personal and client workflows.
  • A history of identifying problems and recommending solutions that involve process improvement and technology deployment, not just training.
  • Possessing the "gumption" to be resourceful, self-direct, and quickly figure out solutions, even when encountering a new tool or system.
  • Willing to work in US working hours

It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:

  • Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies, including familiarity with concepts such as sprints and user stories.

  • Working knowledge of business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) or process automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate).

  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Notion (training will be provided as needed).

  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex or unstructured information from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) into clear, cohesive content.

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements

  • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
  • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
  • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
