The Sales Development Representative will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our company by generating new business opportunities. This position focuses on identifying and developing potential sales prospects and moving them through the sales funnel up to the point of handoff to Account Executives.

The main responsibilities of a INTERNAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE include:
- Targeted Prospecting: Conduct daily research using advanced tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Seamless AI, as well as industry directories, to create and maintain lists of potential leads tailored to various customer segments including producers, exporters, importers, and roasters.
- Lead Qualification: Engage with potential leads through multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn InMail, phone calls) to assess their needs and suitability for the Kaffea-X platform based on criteria like volume and specific trading requirements.
- Appointment Setting: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services to schedule and prepare meetings for Account Executives with qualified leads, ensuring a smooth transition and a clear understanding of client needs.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions, preferences, and progress within the Zoho CRM system, ensuring high standards of data integrity and usability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to relay common challenges and objections faced during prospecting, aiding in the refinement of marketing strategies and materials.
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- Experience: At least one year of proven experience in B2B cold calling, lead generation, or sales development, ideally within a tech or SaaS-focused business.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in English to effectively convey information and engage with potential clients.
- CRM Proficiency: Experienced in using CRM software, especially Zoho, to manage customer interactions and data.
- Personal Attributes: Highly organized, driven, and capable of setting and achieving ambitious goals.
It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:
- Familiarity with global commodity markets or agricultural supply chains, which would provide a significant advantage in understanding customer requirements and improving engagement strategies.
The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements
- Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
- Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
- 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
- Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
- Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
- Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
- Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
