The IT Assistant Intern will support the IT team in maintaining accurate technical documentation, assisting with basic IT troubleshooting, and providing day-to-day operational support. This role is ideal for a student or fresh graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in IT support, systems documentation, and enterprise technology environments.

The main responsibilities of a DEV SUPPORT INTERN include:
- Create, update, and maintain IT documentation such as system and application guides, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), User manuals and FAQs, Asset inventories and configuration records.
- Document common IT issues and their resolutions for internal knowledge bases.
- Provide first-level support for basic IT issues (hardware, software, network, and access-related concerns).
- Do small troubleshooting and code debugging.
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Basic understanding of:

Computer hardware and operating systems (Windows/Mac)

Common office productivity tools and applications
-
Basic networking concepts
-

Strong written communication skills, especially for documentation

Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
-
Willingness to learn and follow IT processes and best practices
It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:
- More than 300 hours requirement.
The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements
- Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
- Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
- 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
- Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
- Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
- Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
- Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
